Kanye West breaks silence after being sued for sexual harassment by ex-assistant
Kanye West has spoken out after being sued by his former assistant.
Lauren Pisciotta accused the rapper, 47, of sending her messages implying that he wanted to have sex with her when she worked as his assistant in 2021, according to court documents seen by The Mirror US. She also alleged he would perform a sex act on phone calls with her.
Now West has taken to X to deny all of the allegations. “YOU KNOW WHY I NEVER F—– LAUREN PISCIOTA CAUSE SHE SMELLT AKWARD,” he claimed. Kanye then offered Pisciotta “one piece of advice” and told her to “freeze your eggs.”
West then said in a follow-up post, “FOR ANYONE WHO WVER WANTS TO TRY TO EXTORT ME YOU WILL EUN OUT OF MONEY BEFORE I DO.” He then described himself as “the bad guy.”
“I DONT GO ONE YEAR WITHOUT SOMEBODY TRYING THIS S— WHERE THE F— IS LAUREN PISCIOTA NOW,” he added. Pisciotta sued West for a breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and for working in a hostile work environment.
A Motion for Order hearing will take place today in relation to the lawsuit. West is not expected to appear at court.
Pisciotta was working as an OnlyFans model before being recruited by West to work as Chief of Staff at multiple of his companies in June 2021. She was making around $1 million per year because of her adult career.
She worked with West on several of his songs, along with taking on other roles at his ventures. However, a year after she was hired as an employee, West allegedly approached her to become more religious, according to the court documents.
He allegedly asked Pisciotta to delete the OnlyFans account, offering her $1 million a year to do so. She said she agreed.
West is accused of then allegedly sending Pisciotta a series of vulgar text messages about wanting to cheat on his wife. The rapper was married to Kim Kardashian at the time of the alleged incident.
Pisciotta also allegedly received sexual videos and pictures from West, including some of himself in the act with other women. She also alleged in the lawsuit that West asked if she could hear him performing a sex act on the phone.
The Mirror US has approached attorneys for West and Pisciotta for comment.

Kanye West is facing serious allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who filed a lawsuit claiming inappropriate behaviour while working for the rapper in 2021. In the court documents, according to The Mirror US, Pisciotta accused West of sending sexually suggestive messages and engaging in inappropriate acts during phone calls. The lawsuit painted a troubling picture of their professional relationship, with Pisciotta now taking legal action to address the alleged misconduct.

West decided to speak out on the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him on X where he denied all allegations against him. He claimed on X, “YOU KNOW WHY I NEVER F***** LAUREN PISCIOTA CAUSE SHE SMELLT AKWARD.” He also had “one piece of advice” for Pisciotta as he told her to “freeze your eggs.” In a follow-up post he wrote, “FOR ANYONE WHO WVER WANTS TO TRY TO EXTORT ME YOU WILL EUN OUT OF MONEY BEFORE I DO.”
He also called himself “the bad guy,” adding, “I DONT GO ONE YEAR WITHOUT SOMEBODY TRYING THIS S*** WHERE THE F*** IS LAUREN PISCIOTA NOW.” In her lawsuit, Pisciotta is seeking damages for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and the creation of a hostile work environment. A Motion for Order hearing is scheduled for today to address the legal claims, although West is not expected to be present in court.

Pisciotta was previously employed as an OnlyFans model and in June 2021 was recruited by the rapper to work as Chief of Staff at his multiple companies. Her adult career earned her $1 million per year. With West, she worked on several of his songs and took on various responsibilities and roles for his different ventures.
However, the court documents stated that after a year, he asked Pisciotta to become more religious, as reported by The Mirror US. He also asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and offered $1 million to compensate for it to which she agreed.
West was then accused of sending a series of obscene texts about him wanting to cheat on his wife. At the time of the alleged incident, he was married to Kim Kardashian.

A lawsuit was filed against Kanye West in October, with his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta accusing him of drugging and raping her at a Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs party. On February 21st, Ye took to social media to claim her lawyers have parted ways with her and revealed the reason he “never fucked” her.
Pisciotta was Ye’s assistant between 2021 and 2022. Before their professional relationship, she claims she attended a party he co-hosted with Combs in Santa Monica. She alleges that Kanye passed her a drink and, after a few sips, “suddenly started to feel disorientated and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state.”
The following day, she says she was “ashamed and embarrassed” because she didn’t remember the events of that night. After believing a studio assistant had drugged her, she claims Ye told her the truth about what happened before she was fired from her job in November 2022.
Now, in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on February 20th, West called out people for attempting to extort him, stating that he has much more money to handle legal situations.
“FOR ANYONE WHO WVER WANTS TO TRY TO EXTORT ME YOU WILL EUN OUT OF MONEY BEFORE I DO,” he wrote. “IM ALREADY ‘HE BAD GUY’ I DONT GIVE A FUCKKK PLEASE ANYBODY ELSE PLEEEEEASE ON MY MAMA PLEEEEEEAASSEE PLEEEEAASE.”
He went on to say that Pisciotta smelt awkward and alleged that she’s had sexual relations with many basketball players. “I DONT GO ONE YEAR WITHOUT SOMEBODY TRYING THIS SHIT,” he said. “WHERE THE FUCK IS LAUREN PISCIOTA NOW THAT BITCH TRIED AND FAILED AND HER LAWYERS DROPPED HER IM WITH WHATEVEEEERRRRRR.”
He added, “YOU KNOW WHY I NEVER FUCKED LAUREN PISCIOTA CAUSE SHE SMELLT AKWARD AND HALF THE NBA CAN ATTEST TO THAT LAUREN IF YOU OUT THERE I GOT ONE PIECE OF ADVICE FREEZE YOUR EGGS CAUSE NOBODY WANTS THEM.”
When one user pointed out that he was spelling her name wrong, Ye replied, “She don’t deserve to get her name spelled right.”
Kanye addressed the lawsuit during another rant earlier this month, writing, “REAL RAPE IS DIFFERENT THAN SOME ATTRACTIVE INCOMPETENT BITCH WEARING TIGHT ASS PANTS TO WORK AND KEEPING RECEIPTS TO EXTORT THEIR BOSS SOMEDAY.”
The filing described West as “predatory, aggressive, compulsive, vulgar, perverse and frighteningly calculative.”
