The LA Lakers are expected to convert Jordan Goodwin’s two-way contract to a standard deal and may do the same for center Trey Jamison, likely waiving Cam Reddish and Alex Len to create roster space.
The Los Angeles Lakers are expected to make some roster moves ahead of the playoffs, with one of the most likely being the conversion of guard Jordan Goodwin from a two-way contract to a standard NBA deal.
However, LA Lakers beat writers suggest that may not be the only move.
The 25-year-old enter Trey Jamison III is another player to watch in the two-way group, especially since Alex Len’s signing hasn’t panned out as expected. The Ukrainian big has appeared in just four games, averaging 1.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per contest.
“Jamison fits what the [Lakers] need is, which is a guy that just comes in and takes the bruising assignments,” Raj Chipalu of ClutchPoints said on Jovan Buha’s podcast. “He’s not a Jokic stopper, he’s not a Zubac stopper. He’s not that, and that’s not what he’s gonna be asked for.
“But he can get rebounds, and I call him a psychopath in the best way possible because all the stuff that he’s doing with the Lakers — he’s just physical for no reason. … It’s very Dwight Howard-esque stuff in 2020: ‘You’re gonna feel me every time.’
“I think he’s one more likely to be on the playoff roster [than Christian Koloko],” Chipalu went on to say. “And again, the Lakers have no rush on this because his two-way just started, so they have a long runway for that.”
Jovan Buha of The Athletic has also repeatedly stated on his podcasts that Jamison is expected to be converted to a standard contract and made playoff-eligible.
While Koloko remains an option, Jamison has made a stronger case, averaging 3.1 points and 3.0 rebounds in 12 games (11.2 minutes per game) with the Lakers.
To finalize these moves, the Lakers are expected to waive at least one player — likely Cam Reddish or Len — with Reddish being the more probable choice to clear a spot for Goodwin. If they decide to convert Jamison as well, Len is expected to be waived.
Jamison went undrafted in 2023 but was initially picked up by Washington. He also had stints with Memphis and New Orleans before landing in Los Angeles.
Across 53 NBA games, he has averaged 4.6 points and 4.0 rebounds but has yet to make a playoff appearance.
The Lakers, meanwhile, are the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference with a 39-21 record.
Crvena Zvezda was fined €10,000 by the EuroLeague for the offensive chants against individuals participating in the game by its fans against Zalgiris Kaunas.

This time, Crvena Zvezda has been sanctioned with a fine of €10,000 for the offensive chants against individuals participating in the game by its fans during the game against Zalgiris Kaunas, they ended up losing 80-86.

It is noted that the object could have been crumpled paper, but it did not reach the coach.
