How many points did Zach Edey score tonight? Grizzlies vs Clippers box score
Zach Edey struggled in his last Memphis game before the NBA All-Star break.
The Grizzlies’ starting center had just four points and five rebounds in Memphis’ 128-114 loss to the Clippers on Wednesday night in Los Angeles. It was the third straight game where Edey scored in single digits after he had put together three double-doubles in a row.
Clippers center Ivica Zubac had his way on the interior and finished with a double-double.
Most Grizzlies players will get time off for the break, but Edey will head to San Francisco for the Rising Stars game on Friday night as part of All-Star weekend. He’ll team with fellow Grizzlies rookie Jaylen Wells, and they could advance to the All-Star Game on Sunday if they win the Rising Stars game.
The Grizzlies fell to 36-18, while the Clippers improved to 30-23. Memphis’ next game will be on Feb. 20 at Indiana.
