Cooler, but pleasant, weather incoming: How cold will it get in Naples? What to know
Naples is preparing to experience another cold blast later this week, with lows almost reaching the 40s.
While we won’t experience the winter storm that’s ready to strike the Midwest and East Coast, we’ll definitely see a bit of a chill.
Here’s what to know about the cool weather coming to Naples later this week.
The National Weather Service Miami posted on X, formerly Twitter, that it’s been unusually warm this month.
“After the prolonged period of warmth that has stuck with us for most of February, temperatures…will finally return to seasonal norms.”
While it may feel chillier than it has been this month, the incoming cool temperatures are actually normal for this time of year.
The cold front brings cooler and drier conditions through the weekend (Feb. 21-23).
Overall, expect “pleasant weather conditions with mostly clear skies” in Southwest Florida.

First Alert Weather: Cooler than normal into next week
SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A northerly wind will bring cooler air into the Suncoast over the weekend and into next week. We’ll start off chilly, with morning lows in the lower 40s, and finish the day with afternoon highs in the low 70s. The breezy winds will make the morning lows feel even cooler, with wind chills several degrees colder.
New long-range forecasts show temperatures and rainfall deviating only slightly from the normals. Temperatures through the end of the month and into the start of March will tend to be slightly cooler, and rainfall will be slightly above normal.
There will be a chance for a few showers on Sunday and Monday as a weak front moves past, but heavy rain is not expected. The main impact of the front will be to keep the cooler temperatures around for several more days.
