Russ, you beautiful, beautiful disaster. This has to be the most interesting fandom experience I’ve ever had with a player
Whoa boy. Much needed win. Felt at times like we was gettin’ a beat down
Zeke sparked the team multiple times. We don’t win this together without that. Player of the game. Dpog. Nuggets storyline of the season!
Don’t give me shit it’s all true!! 😂
This is what a lack of shooting does to you
MEM should lose
Not sure that’s a good thing at this point.
833 comments? it’s almost like the old days.
And still not enough fuck the refs!
Take away the F U RUSS! posts and it’s closer to 400. 🙂
So I’m not the only one who knows that claims this site is active as it used to be aren’t true
i imagine that you guys are looking at different kinds of activity, for you i think it’s comments, and for him it’s site visits.
do those site visits look equivalent to the before times? how would any of us know?
Stripe by team:
DEN: 24 of 30
SAC: 11 of 14
DEN had 2x line trips
And still had an awful whistle.
Was Jamal was the real POG with 14/15 freethrows?
Yes. Big shots too.
Honestly zeke was outstanding tonight. And if it wasn’t Jamal it should be zeke.
Zeke was fantastic. 4 stocks. It has finally all clicked for him.
14-15 is insane. And he was a +21.
I thought Joker was fantastic in the second half, great defense and rebounding. Murray has a shout too
Nuggets!!!!!
Fan side quest complete as well 🙂
Cool scene, love it
What is the story with the gentleman on the corner sideline? That RW just hooked up?
From Korea, travels to see Westbrook play
Oh wow
Nicknamed Media Res
Thought I saw him mouthing “SUCK IT STIFFS!”
Apparently he is a huge Westbrook fan in town from South Korea.
Not the North???
wrong kim, but i hear tell there is a big nba fan in north korea.
Heh, indeed… My gawd, it’s a weird world
Really? I thought he was pretty little?
short, but i would not use the adjective little.
Fan that flew in from korea. Hastings interviewed him. Westbrook is his favorite. Jokic his second fave
Gotta wonder what is in the water in Korea
agent orange. oh wait, wrong asian war.
Soju
He needs to get his priorities straight
Okay the fan getting the jersey is super cool!!
Yep
Damn I wish I could separate wes the players and the person
Play zeke more! More!!!!!
Zeke is working his way towards being in the playoff rotation. Right now he is their best defender. He is playing with some joy these days. MM continue to play the man. Booth has a little bit of a grin going right now.
Working his way? It would be insane not to play him in the post season
Of, I agree but when the calendar flipped to 2025 no one was thinking he would be a regular part of the regular season rotation let alone the playoffs.
Lol. Russ as star of the game. I can practically hear your heads exploding.
Played well after the early flurry of turnovers. Made 3s.
Yeah, he’s getting his game back. The level of abuse he got on here was ridiculous.
He hurts the team when he’s out there.
Why wouldn’t people say something?
And he’s not getting his game back this is who he’s been for like 4 years outside of a 12ish game sample this season
Because the same people still use MPJs back injury from years ago to excuse his bad games, while deciding that a 37 year old man coming off injury should be excoriated for taking a couple of weeks to get his groove back.
No one does that.
C’mon now. When it’s pointed out the MPJ isn’t good at creating shots or moving laterally, it’s not uncommon to get a response along the lines of ” that’s because he has limited mobility from the back surgeries”.
And they might be right! But my point is that giving some players grace when dealing with injury, while heaping venom on a first ballot HOFer for having the nerve to need a few weeks to get it back isn’t exactly equitable.
That’s not an excuse, it’s a reason. No one is expecting that to get better. No one is saying that to lessen the impact of his lack of mobility.
So is Russ needing a few weeks to get back in the flow also a reason? Or an excuse?
Since you’re stati g that with the intention of lessening his poor play, option B.
I’d not take it as a given that it’s going to happen.
Lol.
Is that not… exactly what those words mean?
As long as you agree that it’s a purely subjective labelling, then sure. That’s an opinion. Me? I think Mike deserves a little slack for his physical history, and Russ deserves a little slack for needing a minute to get back to his First ballot HOFer/ all time triple double leading self.
So, reasons.
he will never be back to his hof self.
That’s not really what I was implying. Brought up his credentials to point out how silly it is to pretend he’s a bum. The Russ we saw late tonight is still a hell of a weapon on both ends.
I do not agree.
I dunno Mike gets more than his share of straight up hate these days lol
Is there a line between criticism and hate? For me, being critical of Russ, MPJ or whoever is perfectly fine and not hate. It’s a basketball observation.
The stuff with Russ hearkens back the Jeff Green/Torrey Craig/Will Barton days. When the level of anger and fury just got out of control. It’s really a drag to try to talk hoops amongst that.
That’s hate. And I get enough of that everywhere else in the world, so I really rather it be here, too.
I agree and I’ve always said on here that people took things way too far with those guys. I do think some of the MPJ “criticism” has the same gross roots though, which is getting irrationally mad focusing on the mistakes and completely ignoring the rest of the game when overall he’s had a good year. As far as Russ, the entire situation is way more complicated than a lot of fans want it to be (“can’t play at all” etc) and I’d love for him to be good. I’m… Read more »
Still think Zeke should start without AG in the lineup though. Play russ 10-12 minutes in each half (half the time with Jokic half without).
5-6
I am not sure we can call it an abuse if the guy is ignorant of our existance, but sure :))) And the hackling was justified, he pulled it off this time though
Abuse doesn’t just impact the target. If I go to a sports bar and the guy next to be is screaming profane vitriol, I can get up and move to another table.
Here, there’s no such option. So either I have to wade through irate screaming to find the rational fans, or I do what most people have done and write the GTs off as a loss. Which is a shame.
He’s pure chaos 90% of the time, but there is a version that that adds to the Nuggets team. Jokic was almost a team worst -7, picker was -9 fwiw
Well, it was ugly as hell. But it beats the alternative.
yup, would have been a stream of FML comments
Glad they won, but someone needs to address the reffing. Otherwise it will just continue.
Laker trade effect
32-17 4th quarter. Pretty normal Nuggets stuff.
Best Russ game since his return
Is this our first win on more than 1 day rest?
No but the record still isn’t good
Good win.
Doc I think you might like the following Colorado artist. He is a tremendous fine artist but also a fantastic photographer. As with any artist the work is much better viewed in person but you can click on any of these to see a larger version. He has someone in Boulder, where he taught, do his frames. They are a work of art in themselves.
https://www.chuckforsman.com/
defense really stepped up in the second half after that shit show in the first quarter, crazy that we won that
Jamal 24-8-4 on 72% TS.
Team was a -15 in the 10 minutes he didn’t play.
Made 14/15 freethrows.
Pulled out a tough win against a team playing well despite some of the worst reffing I’ve seen this year and a big disparity from 3.
Nice W
Blown away that we won that
And wasn’t it a 5.5 spread? Covered?
Yep
That’s good, didn’t get close to the overall.
Never a doubt!
F*** this game.. take the win and get to the showers and go have a drink after the game, pronto!
wow
Zeke steal to ice it!
Nice no call on the travel refs.
The defense was swarming that possession
Wowowowow amazing defense this quarter
Great defense
Amazing defensive sequence
What are you doing Russ
Now you put Zeke in…..Lavine wouldn’t of made those 3s if Zeke or Pwatt was on him lol
The Russ experience:
Perfect
Russ is money, and y’all should write him a letter of apology for the slander. 😉
No we don’t.
Sure you should. And maybe a gift card from Dunkin Donuts or something.
Russ doesn’t look like he eats donuts
he’s just there for the coffee
No
what? hell no
Haha so frustrating to watch

NBA Fans React to Nikola Jokic Injury News Before Nuggets-Kings
The Denver Nuggets have surprisingly been off their A-game recently, losing three of their last five games to allow the Los Angeles Lakers to leapfrog them for second place in the Western Conference.
Now, the Nuggets head into a huge matchup against the red-hot Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. The Kings have won four consecutive games and seven of their last nine but will be without star center Domantas Sabonis for the next week. On Wednesday, though, the Nuggets could be without a star center themselves.
The Nuggets are listing superstar big man Nikola Jokic as questionable against the Kings due to left ankle inflammation.
Jokic has won three of the last four NBA MVP awards but could be having his best season to date. Jokic is averaging 28.9 points, 12.7 rebounds, and 10.4 assists per game this season with impressive 57.8/44.3/82.2 shooting splits.
The Nuggets are just 2-4 when Jokic is sidelined this season, so his status being up in the air for Wednesday’s matchup is significant. NBA fans have taken to social media to react to Jokic’s new status.
“So the nuggets are done for 😭,” one fan commented.
“Never seen him questionable wow,” another fan said.
“Rest up goat 🙏” a fan replied.
The Nuggets cannot afford for Jokic to be sidelined, especially entering a very challenging stretch against some of the West’s best.
